Positive: The whole team is especially welcoming. They were super helpful and accommodating and flexible. They have a varied kids menu and kids club.
Negative: The kids club is only free to older kids and parents are not allowed to stay with younger kids. So unless you’re willing to leave toddlers with total stangers for 35 euro per hour, they are not allowed to play with the toys or use the art materials. Would be great to have a shaded outdoor playground. Even a simple one for kids to play when they are not in the pool (which also has zero shade).
