Summary: Hotels.cim allowed me to book rooms that they said were not available but they accommodated my group of 5 rooms. The hotel staff was aupper nice and helpful!

Summary: If you want big, soft, fluffy towels... Bring your own. I normally read reviews before booking, but this was the only hotel in Columbia that was listed on Hotels.com. I won’t make that mistake again. The A/C worked. It actually looked like a new unit. There is an indoor pool that appeared to be heated. The room has a jacuzzi tub, if you're the type of person who takes baths in hotels. The room was very dark, with dark colored walls, floors, and bedspread. There were 2 dim lamps. There was no sheer curtain on the window, just the black-out curtain, so in order to let light in, you have to let everyone walking by look into your room. The bed was not comfortable. The room was not cleaned well. The toilet bowl had a pink ring at the water line. SECURITY ISSUES: The desk agent announced the room number when giving the keys to the guest. There was a notebook on the counter with guest names and room numbers listed.

Summary: If you like sleeping on plywood this is the place to stay. I haven’t felt anything as hard as the bed in our room since Prom night.
