Summary: Great customer service from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping. I do wish the air conditioner worked better. We had it on the lowest "55" but it blew hot air.

Summary: First checkin, the window shade was broken in the otherwise nice suite. I was temporarily charged more for a downgrade replacement room (the non suite rooms are not nice). That room also had a broken window shade. The third room was back in a suite, and was very comfortable. This process was ridiculous though.

Summary: The room was clean and comfy, the service was excellent but the hot water in the shower was not hot. The staff knew and apologized.

Summary: Took 45 minutes to check in. They had a wedding party but clearly didn't staff it for the event. Went to eat at the restaurant and they said to check back in an hour and wouldn't take a name and number to let me know when a table was ready (also a staffing problem because the place wasn't full). The toilet didn't work half the time and the hot water on the shower didn't get hot. The grounds and pool were nice though.

Summary: The front desk person was great. Tried to have dinner because were traveling because of moving no minors alliwed past 9. Dumb rule.

Summary: It was pretty disappointing. I called the day before to see if I could get early check in because we were going to a memorial. She said they were pretty understaffed and I understood. When we got there, we couldn’t check in early so I changed in the public bathroom. When we returned from the memorial at 4:30, we couldn’t get in our room because they were shortstaffed. We weren’t able to get into our room until 630 when we did the TV didn’t work. We also were unable to get two keys because they didn’t have enough keys to give us to. While the room was clean there just isn’t enough staff to keep this running smoothly.

Summary: First room: TV did not work; AC had fan on HI even when turned off! Desk clerk tried to fix both then gave us a different room. Second room: TV worked but AC didn’t. Shower temp didn’t adjust. Bath exhaust fan sometimes worked with switch, other times didn’t shut off with switch

Summary: They were short staffed so we couldn’t check-in. They said they would call and no call. Customer service was poor and bathroom was dirty with hair everywhere. There was a bag chips broken up in front of the door.

Summary: quite overpriced given that no breakfast comes with a pretty basic room. parking near the highway with unsavory people walking by. would not stay again-other properties offer better value
