Positive: The hotel is located in a pleasant, wooded area, which creates a calm atmosphere and makes it a great place to rest and relax. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The restaurant offers a good selection of healthy options and the food was very tasty.

Negative: However, the hotel felt quite crowded at times, and some additional events, such as the floating evening, seemed overpriced. While the restaurant service was friendly and polite, it lacked professionalism. Unfortunately, we couldn’t rely on recommendations for wine or dishes, as the waiter did not seem familiar with the menu, the ingredients, or even the correct pronunciation of some of the dishes. I would also recommend that a hotel of this standard provide amenities such as body lotion and hair conditioner in the rooms.

Positive: This is a wonderful place, very cozy with incredible atmosphere. The food is very delicious and the buffet was served in a very beautiful manner, everything was fresh and tasty. I liked this hotel and would go again. Strongly recommend ❤️

Positive: Very good place to stay overnight , very quiet, despite the road just across the hotel. Very spacious rooms

Negative: Hotel needs some renovation, in comparison to our visit half a year ago, some facilities need some refurbishment, but this not affected our visit too much
