Summary: If you are looking to step off the grid, this is the perfect place to rest your head. The family home place, located on 60 acres, offers all the modern conveniences in an idyllic setting. Spend your day in the swing underneath the pecan trees as the longhorns graze in a nearby pasture. Located just north of the city of Andalusia, you are a short drive to several restaurants, shopping and golf. The owners are the epitome of southern charm and hospitality. Without hesitation, we strongly recommend this property.

Summary: Was looking for a quiet place to decompress and get away from all the craziness going on in the world right now and found it here. From the second I pulled up in the drive and got out of the car, I felt relaxed. The property was beautiful, the house was great and the owners, Beth and Buddy, were amazing. We'll definitely be back! :-)

Summary: 10/10 experience! This is a very cozy place to stay that feels exactly like home. There was plenty of space, house amenities, and beautiful antiques to look at. The property owners were also very kind, involved, and helpful with any questions we had! Will definitely be back!

Summary: My wife and I now live up north but as native Alabamians we wanted to enjoy spring in the South. We could not have picked a better place. The house was very nice and provided everything we needed. Its location on a large, scenic farm was very special. No busy roads nearby. No hustle and bustle. No congestion. A great place to relax and soak in the surroundings. But there are many things to do within a day's drive. Lots of great places to eat, and to visit. The town of Andalusia is really a neat small town. The hosts were just wonderful. We certainly hope to come back and enjoy this country setting again.

Summary: Our stay at the farmhouse was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! Beth and Buddy are wonderful hosts and Ollie did her part by visiting us nearly every morning. The weather was unseasonably warm for winter; it felt like summer to us and we took full advantage of it — coffee on the porch in the morning, a glass of wine on the swing in the afternoon. This is an incredibly beautiful property, no matter which way you turn, and the farmhouse combines old-time charm with modern convenience — a perfect home away from home!
