Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was great and close to Lakes Basin and Graeagle. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The owner was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the lack of “chores prior to leaving” like a lot of other rentals require. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot!

Summary: This place consistently impresses me. You can walk around in your white socks and they will still be white. you can unpack without feeling like you need to clean first. There are no cobwebs and no dust bunnies. Everything is comfortable and inviting. We love staying here. the hosts are so kind and the kids toys and board games seem to update each time we visit - my kid loves staying here and playing in the game room so much, she specifically requests that we have at least a whole day just hanging out at the house. It was unseasonably chilly during our stay, and the heaters on each end of the house warmed up the house quickly and maintained the heat very well. I completely recommend this house - it's bath towels / washcloths are fluffier and nicer than at my own house!

Summary: Property located in a fringe area. Neighborhood of houses with trash around, barking dog next door, no landscaping. House in need of TLC. Cupboards bare. Soap provided was 2"x1"x 1/8" Owners misled us as to the location. Thought it was in Graeagle area but instead it is in Portola, many miles away.

Summary: I highly recommend this property. It is surrounded by trees which gives the house a lot of shade which helps it to stay cool. You are close to restaurants, grocery stores, and all of the surrounding entertaining venues. I highly recommend this house.
