Summary: The home is in a great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The property owner checked on us upon arrival and before we left. We had 1 minor issue which was responded to immediately. Will be staying here in the future.

Summary: Nice place with great location to everything. Quiet area of town its close by shopping and to the sponge docks. Watch out for the fan in the bedroom I'm kind of tall and it got me a couple of times.

Summary: The house is located in a nice neighborhood. It is convenient to everything in northern Pinellas County. Especially the beaches and parks. There is plenty to do in the area. You won’t be bored. The house is as described in the listing. We stayed 28 nights. Check in and communications were excellent. The house was very clean and household items such as trash bags, tp, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, all soaps and shampoo were provided for our entire stay. There was coffee, creamer and sugar there. It was a godsend when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed linens and towels are very nice. The house is comfortable and easy to keep clean. We felt at home and safe. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is not having local TV channels. There’s only streaming. (Lightning fast wi-fi.). Old people like to watch local news, Wheel and Jeopardy. An outdoor antenna would make this house perfect. We’re planning to stay here again next year. Thank you Sean and Sarah for making our stay so enjoyable.
