Positive: EVERYTHING! Sophie and Bichiko were the best people. So warm and helpful. Nothing bad to comment. Please come and enjoy your stay here. Most importantly they maintain the place so well and clean. Loved my stay. Definitely coming back ❤️

Positive: Unbeatable location: very near Tbilisi-Stepantsminda marshrutka bus stop, supermarket and Mountain Freaks (which provides transport to Truso and Juta). Accommodation comes with a balcony facing Gergeti Trinity Church and Mt Kazbek, and a common kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Owners are super hospitable!

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Comfortable and conveniently located - great value for money!

Positive: Through our 9 nights in Georgia staying in different hotel/guest house/hostel in many cities, this was the beét accommodation we have ever stayed. The host of this house is the kindest and loveliest and the best host we met. Our room has access to terrace with beautiful view to the mountain and the Gergeti church. Kitchen is well equipped and has full of amenities to cook, tea and coffee are free to use. Comfortable room, comfy bed, heater worked well, very good water pressure. Last but not least, the location is very central, right in the downtown, close to everything. You dont have to walk uphill with heavy luggage in a cold weather which is a big plus. Bus station is just 3 mins walking. We love this place so much and wish we could stay longer.

Negative: Can’t really think of anything. This house is perfect.

Summary: 100/10 is what I wanna score. We would stay longer if we can

Positive: A true 10/10! Very nice room and kitchen and a patio with a very nice view. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the husband also provides taxi-service at a special (and really good) price for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property! The location is very central, and it is just a short walk to the bus stop, restaurants and supermarkets.
