Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at SIP SIP. Everything was great. The owners responded to all of our inquiries in a timely manner. They were great to deal with from beginning right up until the end of our stay. This cottage is perfect for a couple who doesn't need to be right on the water. We rented a car and visited many of the different beaches. The location is central to all of our favorite spots. The house served all of our needs. A comfortable bed, a warm shower, and a kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and paddle board as well. Eleuthera is our favorite out island of the Bahamas. This was our 5th stay there but our first time at this property and we would definitely rent it again. Thanks to the owners for such a great experience!!!

Summary: We had a nice stay at Sip Sip. The owners really helped messaging all info and directions through. Vrbo did not work properly so we could not message back. The water pressure in the shower is poor and its hard to wash. Lack of hot/warm water did not help. I could not wash my hair :( Drive is quite bumpy. There are beach towels and chairs in the property. And that's really great. Finally - very important - there was a noseeums repellant. Thanks for leaving one in. It was a crcial for survival untill shop opened next day hah!

Summary: As advertised- clean, quiet and secure. The accommodations were surprisingly complete- all the guest needs to add is food for cooking, or a vehicle for transport to a local eatery. I was more than pleased, and recommend this highly for the self-sufficient visitor who wants to leave the 'hurly-burly' behind for a few days. Thank you, hosts!

Summary: Beautifully appointed, what we call in England ‘a beach hut’ Fantastically priced for the Banks Road. It would be very helpful to provide beach access information for guests that do not know the area as well as we do.

Summary: While the cottage itself was clean and close to beautiful beaches, some amenities were lacking. We had a 6 day stay and were only provided with one toilet paper roll, one trashbag, one tiny soap, no extra towels or blankets, no detergent for the laundry. The nearest grocery store is a 15 minute drive and driving at night is not easy on the island due to lack of light, stores also close early most nights. We’ve stayed in many rentals with kitchens and they at least have had salt, pepper, oil but this one did not. Wifi is also very spotty and there is no Netflix on the tv even though it is an option on the main screen. The live tv channels did not work for us either. While you are not on the island for the wifi, it would be nice to at least have a working tv because there is not a lot to do when the sun goes down. Clean place to sleep and shower for the price.
