Positive: The staff - i mean from the person at the reception to the security.
Negative: The toilet in our room had no exhaust or it was not working which made the room very humid.
Summary: For a hotel chain like Zentitude, it could do better in terms of facilities.

Positive: I was there to work all day, so I did not enjoy the pool and I did not have breakfast (but it looked nice). What I liked was the nice security guard, who also did my check in at night, helped me with luggage, and he was almost always at the security entrance, when I came back from work late at night. the room had everything I needed. It was clean and quiet.

Positive: In general, this reserved apartment was good what I expected. The parking space is really spacious to park inside Garage 1,2 whatever you would like to do. The cooking appliance was available what I would like to use. The access location to take round trip with a car nearby Cannes, Nice, Eze, Monton. San Marino as well Monaco.
Negative: the initial reserved room was some problem about room heating controller. It was not correct functional unexpectedly. The staff was really helpful to fix this problem.
