Positive: The things that really stood out for us were the location, the swimming pool, and on-site comfortable parking. Staff in the reception very helpful too. Fantastic accommodation and very reasonably priced. I would definitely try to book again on the next visit to Lourdes.
Negative: Can't really think of anything we didn't like. Just remember to bring your own corkscrew (e.g., if you want to open a bottle of French wine) as there was none in the cutlery drawer.:)

Positive: The price was good compared to other hotels there
Negative: The rooms were really run down, they need updating. We were expected to take out the bins etc after our stay and the reception desk was closed from 12pm till 3pm everyday which was really awkward for us to check in and getting our luggage back on the last day. There are only 2 Ubers in Lourdes so the walk back to the hotel at night was kinda creepy for me and my sister.
