Positive: It was compact, like a Swiss Army Knife, it has everything you need in a small form factor. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the area. Everything was very simple, not fancy but it is very affordable and we really love the simplicity of it.

Negative: Yeah there were small black spots on the shower walls which came off if you rubbed them, that was quite disappointing. Apart from that it was fine

Positive: There's a lift in the building. Code to get into the building and into the apartment so it felt secure. Nice kitchen and bathroom - had all the basics you need. Comfy room and bed. Washing machine and detergent included.

Negative: Cleaning seems to be done half-heartedly. The beds were right next to each other so my friend(M) and I(F) had to move them apart to get a little more private space. Upon moving them, there were lots of dust and rubbish in between. The couch isn't comfy - it also converts into a sofa bed so...
