Summary: Great value for money so I didn’t have high expectations. Our room was a decent size family room on the second floor, nice and clean. I would say the only real problem was the pillows. They were very flat and lumpy. Obviously been through the wash 100 times. Also the shower head wouldn’t stay in place but it was nice and hot They don’t have a kettle But it was very good value Staff were very helpful. Good location

Summary: Rooms are tired and shabby.need updating. Only one plug in for phone charging etc. Bathroom wc dirty no extractor fan working mould around bath. Corridor carpets dirty and stained. Hotel rooms need refurbishment. Staff overworked but helpful.
