Positive: Very clean and just enough space and facilities for a short stay. Though you have to go to the other building (which is like 30 seconds by walk anyway), the public bath at the top is amazing.

Negative: The air conditioner in the room was not working properly when we checked in. But the staff was very quick to check the availability and swiftly moved us to the other room.

Positive: I had a massage, in which they came right to my room. This was great because when she was finished, I did not have to get up and go anywhere.

Negative: No washcloths, doesn’t seem to be a thing in any hotel I stayed.

Positive: Friendly staffs , room very clean, nice breakfast, close to JR station. From meitetsu gifu, also doesn't has any issue. We can walk with our luggage. I feel comfort as the hotel name.

Positive: The hotel is very conveniently located. It's a 5-minute walk to JR Gifu station and an 8-minute walk to Meitetsu-Gifu Station. There's one bus stop near the hotel, but I mostly used the one next to the station. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My room overlooked the station, but I couldn't hear any noise. There was a beer festival going on near the station that evening, but I didn't hear a thing, and I slept well. You can use your laptop at evening in the restaurant if you need to work. There's a coin laundry. The breakfast was delicious! And there's something new every day. The staff was very friendly and really helped me with my suitcase before check-in and after check-out. Gifu has many interesting temples, and there are hiking trails to choose from, depending on your level and experience. Even though it was rainy, I really enjoyed admiring the panorama of the city at night from the top of Gifu Castle. By the way, in Gifu Mt. Kinka Ropeway Base Station you can find the most delicious dorayaki in the world! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to explore Kawaramachi as I planed. I'd love to visit this wonderful city again and see the sights I missed. And I'll definitely stay at this hotel.
