Positive: It was close to Hachinohe station. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. There are luggage lockers and locks if you need to leave them for a while after checkout. You can still sit in the lounge area if you need to. The staff were kind and helpful.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful. The value far exceeded the price. The breakfast was homey, which I loved. All in all, well worth the price.
Negative: The rooms were a little too small but I didn’t expect anything more, so that was okay.

Positive: It's a Comfort Hotel. It's right next to the Shinkansen station. It'll do what you need it to. Staff was very friendly and let me deposit bags free of charge for a day. Parking and car rental options right around. Many places to eat around the station. Bed was quite comfortable, standard Japanese bathroom unit.
Negative: Not the best I've had even for business hotels. Window had a small gap at the bottom (failing o-ring?) and I had to put a towel there to not freeze at night. That said, I have no doubts staff would have fixed it or given me another room if I had asked, but I didn't care much for the few nights.
Summary: Yeah, it's a business hotel 🤷
