Summary: very small exercise room and pool also very tiny. was overcrowded every day of my 4 day stay.

Summary: The hotel was comfortable for one night. Our breakfast was quite good, closed a bit early for travellers wanting to rest. Our biggest disappointment is that the pool closed at 9pm. We did t check in till 6:30, went for dinner, got back at 8:30 and the kids wanted to go swimming but for 1/2 hr it didn’t make sense.

Summary: It was an ok stay for an ok hotel. We found a sticky spot on the carpet right by the bed & asked room service to clean it the next day. When we returned, the spot was still there so i re-asked about it. They said they needed to do it after we checked out... which was annoying.

Summary: The hotel staff were helpful and friendly especially the night staff when we needed extra tea bags or milk. Good location for visiting the Stampede and despite being on a very busy road the room was very quiet with no noise disturbance

Summary: It is a family friendly hotel. Safe, clean, staff is accommodating and breakfast has a variety of options. It is also near to the mall and with good restaurants within the area.

Summary: The front desk staff are exceptionally personable and kind. At check out, we forgot an article in the room. When making arrangements to retrieve the item at a later date, the reception staff person was very considerate to acknowledge our stressful circumstances. She retrieved the item immediately, kept it in safekeeping, and made appropriate inquiry as to how we were all doing when we could next get back a week later. Very kind.
