Summary: The staff wasn't the best, the first room they gave us appeared to in an area for transit people, dirty and dingy. Once we switched rooms it was better but I'm not returning there. I've stayed there before a few years back and it was in better shape, but I had a room on an above floor. This time I had a ground level floor. Either way, I'm not returning

Summary: The hotel is old and out dated. They are also small. 1st room smelled like "marijuana" and was dirty and unclean. Went back to the desk to request another room, the 2nd room was just a hair better than the first. The room smelled of stale smoke and they charged $145 a night and NON Refundable cancellation.

Summary: The lady at the front desk was everything she saw me breaking down with so much wt on my heart and she came thru like a sister Very compassionate very caring Just amazing customer service she gave me ! She needs 10s across the board

Summary: This is a hotel plus apartment for community people. It smell like smoke all the time. The micro wave was broke. The elevator was broke so they said. But available for some people. I was not really please with the hotel. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. i should get a refund or some type of credit.

Summary: When I arrived found out immediately the the elevator was down, then found out my room was on the 3rd floor. I checked in around 8pm and was very disappointed, not to mention still carry all the luggage for me and my fiance to the 3rd floor. Then find out the next day that there is no hot water in the building, couldn't take a shower for hours it definitely held our trip up. I talked with the manager in the morning and she was very professional and helpful and definitely did a good job calming me down. I Thank her for her professionalism and the way she handled everything, that is the only reason I gave any stars at all.
