Summary: We accidently booked a room for June 22nd-June 23rd. the error was explained to the manager but, she refused to give a refund. We always stay there but, after this experience we won't be staying there anymore. I don't understand that Comfort Inn Prefers to lose a customer for many more stays than to refund $80.00.

Summary: I always stay at this hotel when visiting family. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, slept wonderfully. It is usually very clean, this visit carpets need attention. Many dark and dirty spots. Nothing a good shampoo won’t fix. Other than that it was good. I will stay here again.

Summary: Service at the front desk was terrible, the guy didn't know much. They advertised a pool, and it wasn't in service, still the rate was as if they did have it. In the room the carpet was stained with a brownish color, the bathtub had mold and smelled. If there's something good worth mentioning, it is the breakfast is above average for the hotel type. I reported this to Expedia right the way and they gave me a gift card for staying in another hotel.
