Positive: breakfast was good and the location was also good but it entrances needs improvement for safe entrance and exiting so close to highway.
Negative: need more camaras so that when someone pull the fire alarm, we know who did it. returning back from a long evening and finding out that your hotel was on a fire call.
Summary: I've been staying a lot at these hotels, and I had good experience. rates are reasonable .

Negative: 2 people walked in and pulled the fire alarm, then ran and hopped in a car, and everyone had to stand outside for over an hour at 11 pm. until the hotel was cleared by the firefighters .

Positive: Breakfast was as expected for a motel of this caliber. Room REQUIRED air conditioning as has a damp, cloying smell & feel without. Sink drained VERY slowly- but the worst was the ENTRY DOOR LATCH & LOCK which were awful, getting worse daily after day 3. Reported it to desk at checkout.
Negative: See above. Also when a group of people were slamming their door (assuming from the next room) the impact shook the entire connecting wall. again & again. Thankfully they stopped - but c. 11pm for 2 nights. They also forced the motel to reopen the eating area & make them breakfast significantly after the usual breakfast hours.
Summary: A bit worse than in previous stays. We’re now considering other motels in the area.

Negative: the air fresheners used to hide pet or smoke smells were not good and when the AC unit was turned on when we arrived, it had a very bad odor so we shut it off and slept very uncomfortably. The seating for breakfast was not at all able to be used effectively, especially by the ice machine and where staff go back and forth for items
