Positive: Location was great!
Negative: The hair dryer didn’t work in our room. The issue box was empty but had two tissues sticking out of the top of it. The elevator certificate was expired. Staff weren’t rude but also not friendly and welcoming.
Summary: Great location for a quick stay.

Positive: The breakfast was good. It was in a good location to where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean. Looks like they had a nice heated pool but it was raining so we didn’t get to go out and use it.
Negative: The outside landscaping could use a little more care. The elevator was broke while we were there so we had to use the stairs but they were working on it while we were there. And they didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. You had to provide your own.
Summary: Overall it fit our needs well. I would stay there again.

Negative: Elevator not functional. Ice machine on first floor not functional. Hallways could have been cleaner. Commode in room was difficult to flush and refill.

Positive: The rooms were excellent, the first room I was in heater went out in it so I was moved to another room that one was excellent also it had a new heater, I was totally impressed by the helpers, I believe there were six or seven shoveled me out of the parking space due to the snow issues, they were remarkable, this is my second time at the comfort inn and I will come again and tell others, the girl at the service desk is exceptional she was so helpful in every way she deserves a raise in pay 🥴
Negative: The only thing I have to say that I don't like is the coffee, it has a strange taste, I have a Keurig that I brought in
