Summary: This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn in at Rockvale Pa. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for the price. Hotel seem to be in need of renovations. Strong smell of mold and dampness throughout out the first floor and the room. Toilet seat was cracked and didn’t always function. Appreciated the pool and patio which was well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is always a factor in picking a hotel. We would have appreciated the breakfast

Summary: The hotel can use an update. Things are old and need a revamp. Love the proximity to everything, but room had a musty smell and bathtub, although clean, needs maybe some new grout and door in bathroom had wood missing at bottom. Have stayed there in the past and although staff and cleaning people were wonderful, as I said hotel room need a facelift. The lobby was great and breakfast definitly had something for everyones' taste.

Summary: BED BUGS!!!! Thought everything was ok until the 2nd day of our stay. I had a pair of shorts that I ironed sitting on chair so they wouldn’t wrinkle. Put shorts on the 2nd day we were there. Ended up with bed bug bites on several locations of my body. My shirt was hanging up in closet. Paid over $240 a night to end up with bed bug bites.

Summary: It was a great stay for the 2nd year in a row. I love it because the beds are super comfortable and the room and bathroom are very clean. The front desk is very friendly and very helpful.

Summary: Toilet paper holder was under the sink back against the wall. This was totally unacceptable. We have never stayed at a place where it was this difficult to reach TP. It was basically where you had to stand up and turn around to access it. BS.

Summary: Even though a couple things were worn, the property was very clean. Maybe more seating at free breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful

Summary: The front desk staff was exceptionally nice. But the hotel needs to be updated. The shower head in the bathroom can out the wall.
