Negative: When researching the property there were photos of a pool but unfortunately there was no pool. Then when trying to check out, there was nobody at the front desk and after about two minutes of waiting someone from another room was yelling at us asking if we were checking out to which we said yes, and from the other room, they proceeded to ask us information instead of going to the desk to talk to us face-to-face. I don’t know if maybe there was just a mic that was low and that’s how they check out? But it was impersonal. As for our room when we walked in there was a really bad odor, it smelled like old gym socks if I’m being honest

Negative: I wish that it would have had a bench or something in the handicap tub because it wasn't a handicapped tub iIt was just a tub with two handicap bars

Positive: Was nice .Although elevator was out of order.I should’ve mentioned about severely disabled sister inn law traveling with us .Being on the 3 rd floor.Wasn’t going to work .Got a full refund.Got referred to Quality Inn up the road, a wonderful discount 40% discount from Choice Hotels umbrella! Very happy in the service.To have suitable accommodation at Quality Inn on Franklin Road.
