Summary: We unexpectedly ended up at this hotel when our flight was cancelled. Mandrell at the front desk was absolutely wonderful - we arrived very late at night, bedraggled and overwhelmed...Mandrell was so thoughtful, kind and helpful! We really appreciated her! The shuttle to the airport was convenient and straightforward!

Summary: The cold air was blowing through the windows, I shut them the best I could, but there was still a whistling sound all night. My wakeup call was for 5am, it rang at 7:30pm the night before. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

Summary: The location of this hotel is right off the highway, across from airport and insulation isn’t that great so there’s some noise in the rooms. The rooms are a bit run down, and didn’t feel all that clean. That being said, the price was right and the guy who runs the bar was super nice, attentive and hard working. For that reason I would probably come back, even though the room itself was subpar.

Summary: Our room is comfortable, clean, with the shower was like 120 dB. There was obviously something wrong with the pipes. Overall and above average stay.

Summary: There was no soap provided, which I'm sure was just an oversight. And that the tub valve was taking half the water with it. And the curtain was not staying in one place. The breakfast was a big disappointment with zero fresh fruit and very limited cereal / protein options.
