Summary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay – Exceptional staff, perfect location, and very clean. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. The staff at this hotel are truly the heart of the experience — warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Always offering a friendly smile at the end of a long day, every team member went above and beyond. Ideally located with easy access to main roads and plenty of great restaurants options nearby. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. In all, a place with outstanding service, a very clean room, a delicious breakfast, and the best shower ever! We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you all!

Summary: Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Not really any complaints but I couldn't say excellent because I would have liked either stronger water pressure in the shower or a shower head with multi spray choice. That's my personal preference though. It was fine but I like it a little stronger especially for hair washing. Only other thing was that there is no elevator which I understand because it is only a 2 level hotel and that is not mandatory to have but carry luggage up can be difficult for some especially if they aren't aware of this beforehand. Was something I hadn't thought of when I booked but certainly wouldn't be a reason not to go back. Ron was comfortable and spacious and bed was comfortable.

Summary: Hotels.com did not explain how the free airport shuttle service worked. What I needed to do was to get in a taxi and tell them where I wanted to go and the hotel would pay them with a voucher. What I did was stand in the cold and wet waiting alongside the other hotel shuttle services for about an hour and then had to call reception at the hotel to find out what to do. Everything else worked well.

Summary: This hotel is actually a half hour away from the airport, but it's well priced and the staff are friendly. Room was clean and comfy. Easy walk across the road to Pharmaprix, IGA, Walmart. There are also several good restaurants within 1km (closest is about 250m from the front door).
