Summary: place is reasonable, dated, but clean.breakfast is hot and tasty, and parking is free. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Summary: They have no pool, no fitness room, and the breakfast is crap. How they charge 300 to stay one night is beyond me. They just take advantage because they are one of two hotels in all of simcoe. The best western is riddled with Crack and methheads and they know that. 2 stats overall. Beds are comfortable and parking is free at least. They have a nice little spot with a BBQ and picnic benches if you want to cook for yourself

Summary: Breakfast free was basic but enough to geet you going...loved the ice water at the frint especially on hot days...close to le&n trail which i biked...nesr lots of great restaurants...i tried the barrel great fettucine

Summary: Parking good If you stay in room more then 1 night they don't take out your garbage, make the bed and worse don't give you fresh towels For the price you pay that is terrible

Summary: the rooms were comfortable & clean. the staff was great & friendly . parking was great lots of parking. we had breakfast there for 4 mornings. found it was cold & tasteless.

Summary: Room floor dirty and exterior air intake extremely noisy inside of room requiring ear plugs to get any sleep. On day 3 of our stay, had to ask for room to be cleaned and made up however left no hand soap which we were out of, didn’t replace bathroom tissue or Kleenex which we were out of, and didn’t make beds up. Front desk staff had poor understanding of English language.

Summary: My hotel room was in a terrible state - it was dirty and had a horrible smell. I reported the issue to the receptionist, who then showed me four alternative rooms. Unfortunately, most of them had the same problem, but I was lucky enough to find one that didn't smell bad.

Summary: Excellent property-- helpful. We would appreciate a shopping map of the area, showing restaurants. Breakfast area too small- only had 3 tables . Breafast time on weekdays was 6:30 - 9:00 . Phone in the room wasn't working. The breafast attendant was so helpful.. full marks for her. Breafast was adequate.
