Summary: All the staff were personable & very friendly. Breakfast area was clean & plentiful. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is we felt the floors in the room needed to be cleaned deeper. They appeared clean but the carpet had a bit of an oily feel & the hard floors were a little tacky/sticky.

Summary: The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had grout that was 2 different colors. (not sure if the grout was dirty or legit 2 colors. In front of the shower had white grout and the rest had a dark brown.) The hotel itself looked okay and was presentable, but had a foul smell as you walk past the front desk (smelled like backed up sewage.) The room, however smelled fine.

Summary: Unfortunately, the lobby and common area smell like sewage. However, the sleeping floors, elevator, and stairwells were fine. The room was nicely appointed, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and very clean.

Summary: We did not get the room we were supposed to. We had to settle for a smaller room. Towels were thin and cheap. Bannister was falling off so could not use it going up or downstairs. Exit doors led out to padlocked gates, so definitely fire safety hazard. Definitely not as advertised

Summary: Everyone was so kind and so helpful. Room was clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was good and warm with a lot of options. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: My husband and I were traveling with our 3 yr old grandson. We were so very happy with the staff at the Comfort Inn. They were ALL so very sweet and kind to our Benny. Terisa, the general manager was very welcoming, fun, just a feel good person all around. She definitely went out of her way to make Benny happy and feel special and which in turn helped us, the grandparents. We would also like to acknowledge the P.M Attendant who was so friendly and always smiling and found a way to make Benny squeal with a very special treat. We returned from our trip, my husband told everyone how “sweet the staff” was. Please acknowledge your staff by thanking them for us. It is experiences like these, that will have us returning while we are traveling. Kudos to your Staff.

Summary: The front desk staff were super amazing and kind. There was NO issue with staffing. The room was very unclean with stains on the ceiling that looked black like mold. the shower and bathroom were unclean as well. The flooring was a vinyl but we could not walk around without our socks turning black. We opted to wear shoes in the room the whole time. The other issue I had was the unease of safety at the hotel. It is right off the highway and near a busy roadway but there were a ton of men sitting on the corners, walking behind the building, and through the parking lot. Also, a wooded lot across the street had a number of men coming and going into the woods and I was concerned for the safety of my kids and myself. I realize that the less fortunate are everywhere. However, I was concerned about drug activity and crime.
