Summary: The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was undergoing some renovation so there was minor inconvenience with that - ice machine on our floor was not working for example. One issue was the lack of electric outlets - made charging phones etc a problem.

Summary: Very obvious they did not care about the property. When we inquired we were told they were switching to another brand and so nothing has been updated in some time. Bed.bedding worn and shoddy. Breakfast was poor. We often are very happy with Comfort suites as our stay places on the highway but this one was far below their standards. We ended up staying with other inns instaed for the remainder of this trip.

Summary: We always try and stay here when we are in town but so does everyone else lol. This is by far the best place to stay in Dothan!!!

Summary: The room was very clean, it was fabulous to have a very dark room to sleep in Bed was exceptionally comfortable My only wish is that breakfast could have been better, it was very salty We would stay here again

Summary: We always try to stay here when traveling from Florida. They have the most comfortable beds! The only trouble is they are in BADLY need of a remodel of at least their bathrooms. We actually stayed in two different rooms on this trips and both baths had mold in them and we wouldn’t use the shower/tub. I know they try their best to clean it but there is only so much you can do.

Summary: We got to our room late at night and found that the tv was not working.I called the front desk to let them know my concern and was moved to the room next door with no hesitation.The front desk attendant was very courteous and wanted to make sure that we was happy.I must say that the customer service at this hotel is superb and will be returning soon.

Summary: Our stay was fine. Comfortable as expected. Breakfast was nice. Where the standout problem was literally took place in the morning when I went to return the room keys. There was a woman in leopard print joggers and white shirt with her hand wrapped up that worked there reaching her hand onto the desk to grab a pen; never once looking up to acknowledge me standing there. I was not clear on who if anyone was working the front desk but it is not the way to handle things in front of guests. It was a completely different experience from what we had experienced the night before at another actually well managed country inn and suites. Night and day difference.
