Summary: Stay was okay. Hotel was nice and clean. Only disappointment was the pull out couch was a twin bed and super tiny and there was no laundry room onsite.

Summary: I had around 15 packages arrive from Internet orders that I made and the hotel looked after all of them. They charge a flat fee of $7 to hold on to each package, and as long as you retrieve the packages during your stay, everything will be taken care of.

Summary: Breakfast needs options needs improvement in QUALITY and OPTIONS. Seasonings were missing and and food tasted bland. Everyone can't drink cows milk so add a Almond milk option. Fresher and sweeter fruits needed

Summary: Upon check in, I was told that due to a flood, they no longer had a room for me and that they would shuttle me to another hotel. That was not an option as I already had family staying at that location and as we were leaving for a cruise the next morning, we needed to stay together. They made it work but not without hesitation. They should have called prior to my arrival to notify me and others of the situation. There were some very unhappy guests. Additionally, the elevators were not working which made for an unpleasant hike with luggage to the 6th floor. It is not in the best of areas. Even our uber driver warned us about leaving the hotel after dark.

Summary: It was nice they let us check in early. Our room was huge and spacious but SO loud. We were on the 15th floor and heard cars and horns all night. Also, one elevator was broken on the first day and made for very long wait times.

Summary: Rooms are distressed. Toilet seat finish peeling off. The walls and furniture banged up or ripped. Had to wipe several things down as they were not cleaned properly. All of the maintenance money must be going to the lobby and pool area Parking fee outrageous and a resort fee to top it off. Staff professional and lobby and pool area exceptionally nice. You just have to decide if it’s worth the two star rooms .
