Summary: The hotel was very rundown. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. There are hard water stains on the faucets. It looks like what is mold in the shower on the grout. The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was all banged up. It just looked really rundown and dingy. I walked into the bathroom and on the sink, it looked like there was a dried blob of toothpaste on the counter. Then somebody had recently used the toilet and left skidmarks recently-one flush and it went away. the linens looked and felt relatively clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable.

Summary: The Hotel was very nice. Most people plan on sleeping there and with only sheer curtains and bright security lights glaring in this was difficult

Summary: Really needed to use a computer in the Business Center. Though the office is in pristine condition, neither of the computers work and, according to the front desk, haven’t for years. Caused me serious issues. Broken lamps in the room, not enough outlets. Pool closed, dirty. Not what I expect from this chain. Staff doing their best under what seems to be total management neglect. At least the room was clean and breakfast was ok.

Summary: People were openly smoking pot in the hallways. Every evening the smell was everywhere even in the elevator. Some mornings there wasn’t enough food. Had to go to ihop and get breakfast. The man running the front desk could be friendlier. Had the same clothes on everyday.
