Summary: My fiancé and I planned a mini Syracuse weekend getaway and everything in Syracuse was almost twice the price. The customer service was amazing. Breakfast was okay. It’s in a very safe area. A 15 minute drive from the mall. The hotel could have used a bit of updating, but overall was good!

Summary: Stay was great! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Found it very annoying having cleaning staff knocking on our door 3 times before e checkout time. First time woke us up. They should check with front desk who has checked out! Some guests travel till late and check in late and need their sleep!! Was ridiculous!!

Summary: Check in person was very helpful in combining my 2 back-to-back reservations. Room was clean, bathroom was poorly painted and shower curtain looked dirty. Refrigerator was unbalanced - if I had tried to balance it the door would not be able to open

Summary: The hotel was great, and the people who were working there were welcoming. For people who are wondering about something that I didn't see prior to booking - Yes, there are USB ports in the room. Several, in fact. I stayed on the first floor right across from the pool, and even though I was told there was going to be two wedding parties staying, I didn't hear a thing. The two chairs in the room were a bit worn down, but the bed and the pillows were comfortable, and that's all I really care about. Breakfast is a decent spread and the coffee is good. And there are tons of restaurants that can and will deliver right to your room. Overall, a great place to stay for a weekend and I plan on returning.

Summary: We booked this stay for after a long drive to my son’s football camp the next morning, hoping for a restful evening. That was not the case. We were given a room that was adjoining to a very loud group of guests. Loud yelling until midnight, tv on loudly all night and loud starting at 7 am. I do believe had there not been a door, we could have muffled some of the noise out. Unfortunately, we had gotten the last room with 2 queens. So we could not have asked for a different accommodation. I had also expected more of the breakfast, as it had been rated pretty highly. Had we not been in a rush, I would have eaten elsewhere. Also, the floors in our room were very dirty. As a positive, the bedding and bed was comfortable.

Summary: The only thing that I will love to see is having a room with out the smell on the rugs of dogs. I understand that is big money accepting dogs but people like me that doesn’t like animals or their smell deserve a clean room too. Thanks.
