Summary: Food options were good nut a little variety of the breakfast meat would be better. The Bed was a major challenge. I am very short and it was hard for me to climb into the bed. I think you could put the beds on the floor indtead of the stand and people could sit on the side of the bed or more easily climb into them. also I think you need more handicapped accessible showers in your rooms. and maybe not have people who don't walk well have rooms closer to the elevators and activity centers so we don't have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. The Hot tub should not be advertised if it is not working.

Summary: Front desk staff was amazing. Very friendly. Always available. Rooms were stocked and clean. Breakfast was hot and always being restocked as well.

Summary: Everything was as advertised. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. My only complaint, if i can make one, is the GM's choice to have motion activated thermostats in the rooms. I get why they would do this for financial and ecological reasons, but as a guest it took a while to get the A/C to stay active long enough to drop the temperature in the room about 10° going from quite warm in there to comfortable. I would have preferred regular thermostats as most places have where you have more control. Staff could manage regulating them in unoccupied rooms.
