Summary: Such a nice staff. The hotel is nice in the green mountains and I slept great. Bathroom was clean and there was even a sitting area. I would recommend it.

Summary: Good stay but had two switch out as our door didn’t lock. Once moved we got a room right by elevator and the ding of the door was like an alarm clock.

Summary: The property was undergoing renovations while we stayed there. The staff made sure that we were aware of any changes due to the renovation and made sure our room was not affected by any noise or dust from the renovations.

Summary: The breakfast was good. It was quiet. Now the negatives. The hot tub was broke....there was no stopper in the tub for a bath...the windows looked likr they hadnt been cleaned in momths.... the pool table in the arcade was broken.

Summary: This is a tough one. My stay was horrible, but not a reflection of the hotel staff nor hotel itself. There was a youth basketball tournament in the area and some basketball teams were staying there and most on my foot. The kids were loud, running up and down the hallways, slamming doors until about 10:30 pm and then starting up again around 7:00 am. The hotel staff did all the could, but wlthout chaperones stepping in , not much they could do. The hotel did discount my stay which I appreciated!
