Positive: The pool area was perfect! The cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable that we have ever found. That's why we always choose Comfort Inns as our go to hotel.
Negative: The location was very close to I75, our room was on that side so we could hear a lot of road noise. It was a location where a lot of construction workers stayed and they were very load in the hallways. The first day, the breakfast was great and so was the woman working at it. The 2nd & 3rd days weren't as well attended to. There was a manager working very hard but was not friendly at all!! Felt overall it needed a little more attention to maintenance of building.
Summary: It was ok for us for a 3 day stay.

Positive: All of the staff were phenomenal. Very kind and professional. Good location. Rooms were overall clean.
Negative: There is smells of mildew in the rooms, more noticeable if the ac is off. 1 elevator.

Positive: Hotel was right off interstate and had parking for large vechiles. Lots of variety with the complimentary breakfast, hot protein changed every day we were there (ham, bacon, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, were our onion while there). Typical 2 bed room with TV and fridge. Didn't use pool, and there was an area with tables should you wish to bbq outside. Pet friendly at no extra cost Friendly staff Booking was easy Restaurants and services (gas, shopping) close by
Negative: Large vehicle parking area was small and is tight to get into if other vehicle are there. The water pressure for the shower was quite low, as most places are nowadays unfortunately

Positive: Evening/Night front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for our needs. Room was nice size and beds were comfortable. Lobby and breakfast area were kept clean. Business Center was excellent and provided a printer which was appreciated!
Negative: When staying several nights the cleaning schedule of every 3 days (except trash removal) did not provide the level of services for the value of the room. Guests have to request the cleaning services they require for each day. Semi trucks parking at night and blocking one of the 2 entrance/exits which was a safety hazard.
Summary: Enjoyed the excellent clean and convenient location with nice staff.
