Summary: Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. They supplied full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner if needed. Room was supplied with enough towels. We have no complaints.

Summary: Last minute stay due to water heater breaking at family’s home and everyone needing showers after a long, hot day at Hershey Park. Easy booking and easy check in. Some family came just to shower and front desk was accommodating with proving extra towels.

Summary: Everyone from the time we walked in the door till the time we walked out was excellent! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff was amazing. The front desk people were all on point every single time no matter the time of night or day!

Summary: Very clean and well ran. Staff was helpful and friendly and not at all intrusive. For some strange reason they automatically knew I wanted the room all the way at the end, I seem to always end up with the corner room. Very spacious!! There was only one problem when I walked in i took a pic of, maybe didnt get a chance to clean that spot but I've been I worst hotel situations and the room was so nice and affordable I didn't want to make a stink, plus the lady that checked me in wasn't so friendly at first but then she was very nice and helpful letting me check in early and I suffer from extreme anxiety so I didn't want to upset her, I liked her being nice to me despite my slight disability. Everybody else was nice thank you very much
