Summary: My kids and I stayed here for 1 night on our way through to Vancouver Island and I was pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the room as well as how clean it was. The pool area was great! Excellent slide for my more adventurous child and wading pool area with mushroom waterfall for my more cautious one...all the while I could see them both from my seat in the hot tub. We'd definitely stay again!

Summary: Bed was uncomfortable was a suite but not extra pillow, no extra blanket for the sofa bed ? No sugar or cream for the coffe on the room,Comun areas are good and decent breakfasts.

Summary: I really didn't want to leave a poor review, I think potential customers need to know this place is in rough shape! Its not clean, the bedding is ratty and in bad condition. The shower faucet didnt work properly and it needed some finessing to get working. The carpets are absolutely filthy and torn. After a 5 hour drive I didn’t have the energy to go ask for another room and I should not have even had to. The ratty bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable so at least there is that. Breakfast was mediocre at best, I had a muffin- it was a Costco muffin so you cant really go wrong there. I paid just under 300.00 for what I would call dingy motel quality. I have spent MUCH less on higher quality lodging. We frequently go to hotels and we absolutely will not use this one again. I feel scammed, ripped off and Its unfortunate. Comfort Inns - DO BETTER!

Summary: Great place to stay. Enjoyed it very much! Staff were all friendly. The tiling for the pool and hot tub could use some work, and the mushroom fountain in the splash zone didn't work. But would go back.

Summary: I was not impressed with the TV not working which happens to be common with different management. When I reported the issue and they would look at it the next day. I was only spending one night and I was not impressed. When I checked out I found out that the issue was not reported at all. The night stand was also sticky and not cleaned properly. I am not sure if I will return in the future.
