Summary: The young lady Jill Power at the front desk was absolutely lovely and welcoming and made our check-in and additional evenings pleasant and welcoming each time we came back to the hotel. She is a great asset to your team!

Summary: windows in the room were dirty with fingerprints at ~ waist height so obviously from a child-we didn't have a child with us so had to be from previous tenant at some time and the sink in the bath room had water spots on the tap that easily wiped off.

Summary: Room was fine. Clean and pleasant but the customer service person I checked in with was horrible. Unfriendly. Rude. No smile. No social interaction capacity…. Or just not interested.
