Summary: Hotel was okay. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful. The other people at the front desk not so much. Breakfast was mediocre and the room was a bit rundown but clean. The bed was actually quite comfortable but the bathroom had tile missing and the hooks on the door to hang your towel was broken.

Summary: Stay was great…Until the city of Cleveland’s power blew out and we couldn’t have breakfast or air conditioning in the last few hrs. Hopefully they give us some type of compensation. 4/18/25
