Positive: Staff, bed, room size, location. I will definitely stay here again.

Negative: The only issue is that towels had stains (they were washed and smelled nice, but stains didn't go).

Positive: Greeting upon arrival was wonderful. The rooms were decently clean--above average. Our air worked well. The beds were comfortable. Almost everything we needed was in our room.

Negative: Upon entering the room, it was very noticeable that some pictures had been removed from the walls above the beds. There was nothing noted anywhere that there was redecorating in progress. It didn't look good at all. There was no microwave in the room. We did not have enough towels for the two nights we were staying. Considering there is no housekeeping after check-in (unlesss requested), there should have been enough towels, hand towels and washcloths available for the duration of our stay. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn't work. When my husband went to get towels, he came back with no additional washcloths or hand towels. We had little extra time, so we ended up using three washcloths through two days, which is probably a third of what we needed. There were no extra cups/glasses for water. Though they may do there own review, some of our family had a joint room with no A/C. They were quickly moved to another room. A third family was there, and all of the three rooms had no pictures and rough-looking walls above the beds. The cleanliness and the staff friendliness were good;otherwise my rating would have been lower.

Positive: Great location, little road noise. Clean and comfortable, plenty of parking. The breakfast selection was good, and they have coffee available 24/7.

Negative: It is easy to miss the entrance. Some of the bumpers in the parking lot were broken, leaving rebar sticking up. Parking lot, while spacious, is tight and would not easily accommodate a trailer.
