Summary: Great hotel! Positives: location-close to The CAT ferry loading area, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower, free breakfast with a variety of items…hot cooked or grab and go, wonderful service at the front desk and in the cafe for breakfast, helpful staff Negative: no elevator so if there are no vacancies on the first floor, it’s a little hike upstairs (only 2 floors)…the staff member at the front desk did ask if we needed assistance with our luggage which was considerate of him

Summary: The only big issue was there was no elevator. Dragging suitcases up two flights of stairs was not easy to do.
