Summary: Really cute courtyards. The hotel was respectably clean and not smelly. Room was comfortable. They offer breakfast, but we were so busy while we were there that we didn't get a chance to try it. It was our first time staying here, and we will add it to our rotation of Tucson hotels.

Summary: The room AC unit was very loud, made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good. Servixe qas good. Room was reasonable but shower has peeling tub, falling shower cuetain rack. The hotel location is good.

Summary: The property is in a great location. There was plenty of parking with secuity cameras. The lobby was comfortable. The desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean and reasonably maintained. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the shower. The drapes made the room pitch black. I didn't go to the pool, but it looked ok. There was a hot tub that was popular. There were a few courtyards with fountains that were serene. I would stay here again.

Summary: Checked in late 4/11/25. Greeted by Roman, who reached out to us with outstanding customer service. His concern for our wellbeing was greatly appreciated. Everyone at the hotel was kind and considerate. We will be repeat customers going forward and will not hesitate to give the hotel our sincere recommendation to our family and friends.

Summary: The hotel was okay, not great. Not worthy of it excellent rating on the website. The location of the hotel is not great. Not in the best part of town. While the court yards between rooms and the lobby have beautiful design elements, the room we stayed in was cheap design quality. The food was also cheap quality, not something I enjoyed eating.

Summary: The only thing about my stay was it was in an area that was not looking safe which is fine but the security of the door locks made the whole stay uncomfortable. Trying to save money by not ensuring your guests are safe is not ok.
