Summary: The bathroom floor was dirty- dirty tissues on bottom on shelves, . The toliet was not clean- the sheets were stained. There was mud all over the lobby floor and in the elevator. I won’t stay here again. I come to Columbus to visit family every two months from South Carolina

Summary: We stayed one night. Room was okay but cleanliness was an issue. Previous occupant left drinks in fridge that were still there. Clearly staff didn’t look in fridge when cleaning. A couple of questionable spots and hairs were found on beds.

Summary: The room was clean- however there was a clicking noise in the bathroom- also, the room above me had kids that were jumping and screaming late at night and early in the morning. They were also running up and down the halls. I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk- the noise continued.

Summary: I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels over time and this was the best experience so far. The room was spacious and clean. The Airport shuttle came to pick us up as promised and all I had to do was call them. I don’t normally eat the hotel breakfast, but I showed up every morning because they have a mini waffle maker. The BEST is the staff. They are EXTREMELY friendly. The first night I walked to Donatos and thought I grabbed the room key and they gave me another. My last night, I explained that my flight was later and asked if I could hang in the lobby and they allowed me to check out a little later. The hotel is located within a plaza that has gas stations and places to eat. You can also get food delivered if you wanted.

Summary: When we checked in and went to our room, clearly someone had been smoking in it so we needed to be moved to a new room. We requested two extra pillows because the pillows provided were very small and they said they couldn’t give us any pillows because they were all wet. And there was no towel or cleaning service that ever came to our room despite the fact that we were there for two days.
