Positive: I was pleased with the hotel's accessibility as I had a special needs individual and a service dog. The staff was able to change my room to make sure I was on a floor with the same level access to parking (level 2).
Negative: When booking, I did request a walk-in shower and when checking in that was not available.
Summary: This hotel was comfortable and the breakfast, was great.

Positive: I was in a bind after reserving a room in Castle Rock. That room did not have a working AC (it was 100 that day) I was told basically "Tough Luck!" Leave now or I was forced to pay for both days. I booked the room in the Highlands online that evening and it was a wonderful experience at that location. Kudos to them. The Castle Rock room/hotel was a terrible experience.
