Summary: Front desk & housekeeping were polite, professional & very friendly when I spoke to them! They did a SUBERB job with the check in and cleanliness of hotel & room! My only complaint is that there needs to be more than ONE ice vending machine & it’s on the third floor. I like ice in my orange juice in the morning for breakfast. There wasn’t any ice available in the dining/kitchen area, I had to go to the third floor to get ice for my drink. It’s just an unnecessary inconvenience.
