Summary: The room had stains in the shower and on the walls in the bathroom. There was tape holding one of the buttons together in the elevator. The air conditioner made loud noises in the middle of the night.

Summary: Would have been nice to know when rooms are cleaned while out. We needed trash emptied ( dirty diapers) as well as fresh towels. Also, I don’t know if you are aware but when apples are wrinkled it means they have lost moisture and flavor. They should be tossed when they get to that point. My daughter did that, and when we returned later there were more in the bowl that looked bad too.

Summary: Room and hotel was very clean. No problems checking in or out. Very nice staff.

Summary: Room was clean, beds and sheets etc all clean. The shower however had previous customers hairs sitting around the drains, the shower door wouldn't seal so bathroom floor always wet. Caulk used in shower was all over the place, and stains all over the shower floor, unsure of what that was. Quality Control needs to step it up.

Summary: Remodel made everything 10x worse. Not sure why it was even open… Part of a get away is having a nice place to stay. Walking in to plastic covered carpet floors, main entrance being shut down, lobby an absolute mess, and a complexed check in experience. It was awful. Staying here truly ruined our whole trip…. Would come again once remodel is complete, but this particular stay was below a 1 star.
