Summary: The snow should have been plowed/shoveled much better. Lobby was very slippery when wet. Especially walking in all the snow before entering.

Summary: Our room had ladybugs flying around the room. Which was gross and annoying. Our room was directly across from the stairs and the door is heavy and slams. The hotel was filled with kids for different sport events. Which was fine, however the noise from the door slamming was continual all thru the night. This is clearly not the hotel's fault at all, but made our stay rather rough.
