Negative: Construction on the property, couldnt use the elevator tok much because it would heat up. Breakfast was good but adding other stuff would be nice too.

Positive: I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the dining area. The location of hotel made it very convenient for me to access the highway.
Negative: I didn’t like that the renovation work being done caused a lot of dust and debris that covered my vehicle and the inside dust tracked back to the room.
Summary: Overall I had a great stay, the staff was great, the room exceeded my expectations and the location was perfect.

Positive: It was very good. Loved the bed and all the linens. Very comfortable and everything was clean.
Negative: The window was very foggy and could not see out of it. There was a family above us that had no control of their children running for exacting one hour and did not control them. It was very nerve racking to my husband and myself. We did call down to the lobby of to avail. Also the exhaust fan in bathroom shower did not work.

Positive: Location & the overnight customer service attendant. I believe her name was Alicia. She was amazing…the others were not very professional.
Negative: On the first night, my mother was sleeping, and one side of the bed fell to the floor. I looked underneath, and the bed was missing 3 legs. There were pieces of PVC pipe holding it up. I let the person at the desk know, and she said someone would be up to fix it. No one came. I alerted them once again, nothing. My mother had to sleep on a slanted bed for 3 nights.
Summary: I probably won’t stay there again, but if I did, I would inspect EVERYTHING upon arrival!!
