Summary: I was very uncomfortable with the homeless hanging out side of the hotel. I think some came in to the lobby to hang out. I had a local friend state the the women’s prison was having these ladies clean rooms. This is fine if we have checked out but I am not excited about having excons in my room cleaning with some medications and electronics in the room.

Summary: We had a group with us with a total of 3 rooms. Booked it because of the ratings. Ratings were absolutely incorrect. Hotel is ran down. Rooms were dirty 1 bathroom was never cleaned. (HAIR AND URINE) Sheets dirty Towels had rust stains Breakfast was cold and not a variety. Over all stay was displeaseling. However the staff was very friendly. Not worth the price paid.

Summary: Great Staff! Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Barbie at front desk was wonderful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Owensboro.

Summary: Fridge and microwave was dirty with bugs. Bed was uncomfortable, hotel was run down. Housekeeper was told to redo some rooms in front of several guests. Waited to be checked in for 20 minutes, no one came to the desk during that time.

Summary: Night stand was not wiped down from prior guests. Refrigerator was sticky. Dusty carpets, stains. Very little parking on busy night.

Summary: I walked in the front lobby door and the smell of Marijuana was very strong. Spots of coffee and soda was on the floor. The elevator moved extremely slow and had food on the floor. Property had signs about beginning stages of remodeling. It was definitely outdated.

Summary: There are signs distributed on the walls of updates and construction happening so you expect it to see it, didn’t see anything too crazy,. May have felt some weaker spots on the floor but it’s a nice place, not really any clear damage
