Summary: The house was exactly as described. Staying in such a beautiful home enhanced our vacation. It was secluded enough from the tourist attractions that we were able to relax when we weren't trying to visit as many sites as we could. We talked to the owners a few times and they were always available if we needed them.

Summary: When you first pull up you may feel disturbed because of the proximity to the freeway, however the house is pretty quiet inside and the owner did put earplugs in the rooms. I used them and slept like a baby. Nobody else in our party bothered and they also slept great. The house is very clean and super cute. The lawn is very large and well maintained. I loved the stay.

Summary: My family stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and we could not have been happier with this property. The house has been restored recently and is like staying in a brand new house. Everything is in great working order and the whole house was spotless. The porch is very large and there are plenty of seating options. Walking in the front door, we were greeted by fresh lilacs from the garden on the property. The parlor (where the TV is) had seating for 6 people and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was a dream! All new appliances and very well stocked with everything you need to prepare, eat and save left overs for a meal. (The plastic bags - all sizes, foil, plastic wrap and disposable Bento boxes to store leftovers was a very nice touch.) The dining area was spacious and there were quite a few tour brochures and maps to help plan your stay. The two bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and a welcome basket with water, Hershey kisses and earplugs - very thoughtful. The two bathrooms had more bathroom linens, hotel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Both the tub/shower and the shower were very unique and the hot water was ample - even when all four of us took showers one right after another. We could tell the owners take great pride in this gorgeous house through the attention to detail in renovation, decorating and small touches.
