Summary: This is the second year my family has rented this property over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or all group together for meals/games/opening gifts. The house was decorated and the host had a cute tree put up. This house has everything you need to cook, bake, and host. Joan and her husband are very attentive to your needs and we wanted for nothing. This has quickly become my favorite rental when in Sioux Falls. This was my 3rd or 4th stay and I hope to be back soon! decorated and had a tree up to make

Summary: This was an absolutely adorable getaway and stay for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We celebrated in the quiet community while enjoying the close proximity to the Falls and our favorite point in Sioux Falls, the Rausch Brothers monument.

Summary: It was perfect location for our nephews who live in the area and for picking sister up from the airport. Having the sitting areas on two floors let some people play games and watch TV while others were on the lower level visiting.

Summary: The property is new and beautiful! We stayed for three nights. The host lives next door. She was very responsive, there were no issues. The home was clean and had everything one could ask for. I highly recommend staying with Joanie and Lance. They are excellent hosts. Sioux Falls is a small city, everything is within in a short walk or drive.

Summary: Property was very accessible and located in a quiet neighborhood. Newly constructed property was very clean and well maintained. Worked well for our groups four day golf trip. Would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again. Had no issues during stay and check-in and check-out were very easy.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home while visiting Sioux Falls to attend our daughter’s graduation from nursing school. The home was well supplied and offered a nice quiet neighborhood for us to celebrate her accomplishment. We will be back to visit often and will definitely look at this property in the future.
