Summary: Don’t stay here if you want to feel comfortable, safe and at home. This property was absolutely AMAZING! We loved every moment we stayed. We were in town for a celebration of life for my brother-in-law and had no issues at all. We didn’t stay at the property much, as we visited local family most of the time, but I would definitely rate this property a 10+ Thank you for sharing your property and allowing us to make our 1st visit to Springfield a very memorable experience.

Summary: We were visiting family with our daughter. The house was a much more pleasant and comfortable stay than a hotel would have been. There was plenty of space, ample dishware, washer and dryer, and some basic seasonings for cooking. It was a home away from home, just perfect for us.

Summary: This apartment (it's in-between two others) has been converted to a useable vrbo with some nice furniture and a definite goal of making the stay a nice one. TV downstairs is good to have, with bedrooms upstairs. A/C unit is too small for the space, but there are multiple fans onsite to help with cooling the occupants. If you're staying for 3 days or more, likely worth it (has washer/dryer as well, but we didn't use). Parking is a bit tight for multiple vehicles.

Summary: The residence was a small townhouse style apartment. Neighbors were quiet. Parking was off street. Was a little hard to find initially as many of the residences in the area looked the same. Was overall comfortable.

Summary: This worked out great for us. It is in a 4 plex and between 2 neighbors. Both neighbors were fine. We didn't really interact, but never felt worried etc. One neighbor does use some marijuana at times and we could smell it really strongly in the small bathroom. We just turned on the fan and it cleared out. The property was well equiped and well stocked with the basic needs. We were 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do or visit. It does get hot like any 2 level apartment but the ceiling fans and other fans helped to circulate the air. Internet worked great. No problems and speed was plenty to stream any movies. We would stay again next time we visit our family. Hope this helps. Happy travels.
